6 Week Gym Guide // #SWEATWITHSAV

I decided to do a little intro on what I will be doing and posting for you all for the next 6 weeks!

 I will be updating weekly of my meals, healthy eating tips, along with some fitness tips and of course just my own opinions and sharing whatever I’m going through each week.

There’s many reasons why I’m beyond excited to start this challenge. For starters one of my main goals I want to come from this is gaining more self-love for myself. It’s been years since I’ve been able to look in a mirror and think positive about what I look like or how I feel. I have good and bad days. Some I might feel amazing and others not so much. It’s honestly mentally draining to feel that way all the time. Another goal which this one goes along with self-love is I want to look healthier on the outside and be healthier on the inside! I can’t wait until the day where I can wear a bathing suit to the beach and not be so self-conscious about my gut hanging out or how big my arms are.. That’s a main reason I barely post any pics of my face or body anymore. I’m simply not proud of any of them.

FIRST I have to share this 😂

One of the memories I have when we were younger is when we used to watch Pirates of the Caribbean and gushing over how gorgeous Orlando Bloom was 😂. I’ll never forget that! NOW we just talk about our kids (cats) together lol! #petmom


This girl has worked her ASS off over the past couple years and has earned every opportunity she has been given! You can see from this picture alone how crazy hard she worked for being where she is today. She is hands down one of the most inspirational person I know ❤️

She is someone you can trust, someone you can count on, someone who can make you feel like a great person even when your feeling like shit! Excuse my language but it’s true. I’ve learned over time that it’s important to surround yourself with people who carry a positive attitude! Being around people so negative is not good for you in any way.  Stay with those that bring happiness into your daily lives 🌞

I’m happy that even after she moved away after high school that we were able to reconnect again. I also can’t fully express how happy I am to see how much she has accomplished since she started her fitness journey! I mean come one even Adidas /// has seen how amazing she is! If you want to see for yourself go visit her instagram! Trust me when I say this, you will fall in love with her just like how everyone else has. Seeing how motivated she is about fitness and how much it means to her really inspires me to go after what I want in life and to not be so hesitant to show others!


I am excited to be able to share with you my meals and workout tips for the next 6 weeks while Savannah kicks my ass! lol! Of course I am not going to give away get workout plan because if you want it bad enough you’ll have to go check her out and ask her directly what it’s all about!
