First let me start off by saying I am extremely sore! Mostly in my abdominal region which is where we focused on in yesterdays session. I was pretty happy that Day 7 was about 30 min long too! The other ones were a bit shorter and I actually started adding previous sessions after my current one which she completely encourages you to add anything you want at the end or you can end it by being in a nice relaxed state of mind.
The sessions started to feel like they were getting shorter and shorter just because I was getting used to doing each day.
I’ve also noticed that I am starting to feel a difference in my core are and also see a difference. Not too much yet but theres definitely progress! Who doesn’t love to see that?
I am still learning that breathing is a key part to remember when going through the different movements. I don’t see that changing anytime soon because I am more focused on understanding each move she’s demonstrating which makes me forget the breathing techniques along with it. I feel like it’s something that will come to me once I am able to fully do yoga on my own without having to look at a screen to make sure I’m doing everything correctly.
There are moves that do sound familiar so I am starting to slowly be able to do things with out looking at her which again helps me concentrate on my breathing.
