Day 3 accomplished! 👍🏻 Today was more relaxed than the first two days or does that mean my body is getting more used to it? Well either way YESS! lol I noticed she is starting to focus on balancing in different techniques which I’m doing better than I expected. The stretching she’s doing feels amazing! It’s definitely been helping my lower back pain a little bit so far. I haven’t mentioned this yet but over the last few months my lower back has been killing me and I know it has a lot to do with lack in exercise. GUILTY… But at least I’m starting something right? Not to mention my boyfriend and I are doing an ab challenge every night together so that helps as well. I do have to share something I noticed more than anything during Day 3’s session. I was in a downward dog position and we had to pick up each leg, bend the knee up in the air, and make circular motions with our knee. As I was doing this my right hip would not stop popping! it made me realize that my alignment must be out of place a bit. Im hoping after this 30 Day Challenge that it will get a lot better or gone completely!
