30 Day Yoga Challenge/ Day 2

IMG_1583Day 2 DONE! Ok ya’ll this second session kicked my butt! I was feeling it in places I never felt before! Afterwards my legs were VERY shaky hahaha ๐Ÿ˜‚ I also had a little someone that wanted to join me as you can see in the picture. โค๏ธ

In this session, my breathing was more heavier than yesterday and was a little harder to control but I’m assuming that overtime that technique will improve (I hope). I noticed that my balance is waaaaay off! I think I fell over at least 4 times while trying to stay in a lunge position with my arms above my head. Again, I’m sure that will improve with time. Im thinking about waking up earlier before work to do my sessions. Im not a morning person… I LOVE my sleep but I have a feeling that doing yoga in the mornings can be beneficial to my body and a great way to start the day. Maybe day 3? lol..
